This dressing was so yummy on my salad today.
Yogurt Tahini Dressing
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup tahini
3-6 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves pressed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk or water {i left this out to make it a little thicker, and just added more lemon juice}
pinch of cumin {optional}
1 Tablespoon flat leaf parsley {no parsley on hand this time}
